Harsh Vardhan Jain is a resident of Ghaziabad who was recently arrested for operating a fake embassy claiming to represent a fabricated country called 'West Arctica.' He misled individuals and businesses by promising fraudulent job placements abroad and was suspected of involvement in a hawala racket. Jain used digitally altered images with Indian leaders to lend credibility to his scheme and was found with vehicles bearing fake diplomatic license plates.
