Over the decades, Glatt was a concert promoter, artist manager, and radio station founder, bringing legendary acts like Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, and The Rolling Stones to Ottawa. He was also a key figure in the establishment of CHEZ-FM, one of the first mainstream rock stations in the city.
