Harvey Tremblay

Harvey Tremblay is the owner and co-founder of Hy-Tech Drilling, a mining services company based in Smithers, B.C. Founded in 1991, Hy-Tech has grown significantly, employing around 1,000 people across six countries while maintaining its headquarters in the mining hub of Smithers. Tremblay expressed immense relief and a sense of responsibility after the safe return of three drillers who were trapped in the Red Chris mine, highlighting the emotional weight that business owners carry for the safety of their employees.
