Hashimu Dungurawa is a Nigerian politician and former state chairman of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) in Kano State. He recently made headlines by suspending Senator Abdulrahman Kawu Sumaila and three other members of the House of Representatives for purportedly engaging in anti-party activities, a decision that was challenged by the factional chairman, Mas’ud El-Jibril Doguwa.
