Hassan Al-Khafaji
Hassan Al-Khafaji is an Iraqi politician and the current head of the Investment Committee in the Iraqi parliament. He has been involved in legislative efforts aimed at improving investment opportunities and economic development in Iraq. Recently, he was in the news due to his exclusion from the upcoming parliamentary elections, as announced by the Independent High Electoral Commission, which stated that he was among 281 candidates disqualified from participating.
