Hassan Bouba

Hassan Bouba is the Minister of Livestock and Animal Health in the Central African Republic and a former leader of a rebel faction. He has been accused of orchestrating the kidnapping of Portuguese humanitarian investigator Joseph Figueira Martin, reportedly sending a photo of him to the Wagner Group mercenaries to facilitate the abduction. Bouba is a fugitive from justice, facing charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
