Hassane Zada

Hassane Zada is a Nigerien journalist and civil society figure, known for his role as the publication director of the regional newspaper Toubal Info and as a correspondent for the private television channel Canal 3. Recently, he was sentenced to thirty months in prison for making 'injurious' remarks against the head of the military junta in Niger, following a coup in July 2023.
