Haya Plaum

Haya Plaum is the office manager at the Reich Center for the Elderly in Tel Aviv. She has been actively involved in advocating for fair employment conditions for workers in cultural institutions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she highlighted the lack of safety nets for her colleagues compared to municipal employees. Plaum is currently pushing for a permanent collective agreement to secure better working conditions and wages for her fellow workers.
