Hébert Veloza García, also known by his alias HH, is a former commander of the Bloque Calima of the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC), a paramilitary group. He gained notoriety for his involvement in numerous violent crimes, including homicides and forced displacements, leading to his conviction and subsequent imprisonment in the United States for drug trafficking. After serving time, he returned to Colombia and engaged with the Justice and Peace process, which aimed at facilitating the demobilization of paramilitary members.
