Héctor Ramón Balbuena Garcete

Héctor Ramón Balbuena Garcete, a 35-year-old construction worker, tragically died after suffering a severe head injury while working at a construction site in Ciudad del Este. Reports indicate that he was not wearing a safety helmet at the time of the accident. Balbuena was reportedly under house arrest for domestic violence at the time of his death.
