Heigo Teder
Heigo Teder is an accomplished Estonian actor and cultural organizer, known for his extensive experience in theater management. He graduated from Viljandi Culture College in 2003 and has held various roles in the theater community, including project manager at Rakvere Theatre and organizational manager at Ugala Theatre. In 2021, he took on the role of production coordinator and chief producer for the Tartu 2024 project. Teder's vision for Ugala Theatre emphasizes sustainability, community involvement, and honoring the theater's rich history as he prepares to lead the institution from July 1, 2025.
