Helar Gonzalez Altamirano was a promising young Peruvian footballer who tragically passed away at the age of 21 following a serious head injury sustained during a match for his club, Real Titan. In an incident during the Copa Peru, Gonzalez collided with an opposing goalkeeper while attempting to play the ball in the air, resulting in him falling unconscious.
