Helen Spilling

Helen Spilling is a talented Norwegian dancer and multiple-time champion in ballroom dancing. She gained public recognition as a participant in a popular dance show on Norwegian television. In addition to her dance career, she is also known for her relationship with Martin Ødegaard, a star footballer for Arsenal and the Norwegian national team. The couple secretly married in November 2024, shortly before welcoming their first child, and they recently celebrated a larger wedding event in Oslo.
