Helena Bobo Dour

Madam Helena Bobo Dour is the Assistant Director of Social Welfare at the National Lottery Authority (NLA) in Liberia, known for her commitment to social development and inclusive education. Recently, she led the launch of a Back to School initiative aimed at providing essential school supplies to Blind, Deaf, and Dumb students in public schools across eleven counties, demonstrating her dedication to ensuring that every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to learn and succeed.
