Helga Guðný is a graphic designer turned barre fitness instructor and studio owner, originally from Iceland. After discovering her passion for barre while living in California, she transitioned into the fitness industry, opening her own studio, NúnaCo., in Iceland after returning home. Her approach emphasizes personal connection and community, creating a welcoming environment for women to engage in fitness. Helga has developed her own barre teacher training program, the first of its kind outside the United States to be approved by the Barre Fitness Alliance. Through her work, she aims to spread the message of 'boutique fitness' and foster a supportive fitness community.
