Heli Tuksam

Heli Tuksam is a prominent Estonian artist known for her work in painting and glass art. Born in 1956, she completed her studies at the Estonian State Art Institute (now the Estonian Academy of Arts) in 1985, specializing in painting. Tuksam has spent 35 years as a lecturer at the Higher Art School Pallas in Tartu, where she continues to inspire students with her artistic vision. Her recent works primarily focus on acrylic painting, often drawing inspiration from her natural surroundings and emotional experiences.
