Helmut Zweng

Helmut Zweng is a traditional cheesemaker from the Allgäu region of Bavaria, known for his production of mountain cheese and butter at the Hochried alpine pasture. He has also taken on the role of educating school groups about the importance of local traditions and sustainable practices in agriculture. Despite receiving the Bavarian Order of Merit, Zweng remains committed to his work and values the continuity of his craft.
