Henrik Mijarez

Henrik Mijarez, a 19-year-old resident of Sucre, Venezuela, was arrested for allegedly participating in a simulated kidnapping scheme devised by his friend to extort money from his family. Mijarez, along with another accomplice, contacted the parents of Jeider Monterola, claiming he had been abducted and demanding a ransom of $2,000.
