Henry Castellanos Garzón

Henry Castellanos Garzón, also known by his alias Romaña, is a former commander of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and a key figure in the formation of the dissident group known as 'Segunda Marquetalia'. After the peace agreements with the Colombian government, he re-emerged in 2019 alongside Iván Márquez and others, announcing their return to armed struggle due to perceived violations of the peace terms. Castellanos has been involved in multiple guerrilla activities and continues to lead efforts to maintain the group's influence and operations, particularly in Venezuela.
