Henry Ochieng

Henry Ochieng is the CEO of the Kenya Alliance of Residents Association (Kara), an organization that advocates for residents' rights and interests. He recently appeared before the National Assembly's Communication, Information and Innovation Committee, calling for a review of the Computer Misuse and Cyber Crimes Act, arguing that its proposed fines would be excessively punitive and could inhibit freedom of speech.
