Herdís Anna Jónsdóttir

Herdís Anna Jónasdóttir is a talented soprano known for her impressive performances both in Iceland and abroad. She was a permanent member of the Saarland State Theatre in Saarbrücken from 2013 to 2018, where she received accolades for her vocal artistry. In 2022, she won the Icelandic Music Awards for Singer of the Year, and in 2019, she received the Gríman award. Her first solo album, 'Nýir vængir,' was released in 2021 in collaboration with Bjarni Frímann.
