Herman Halushshenko

Herman Halushshenko is a Ukrainian politician who served as the Minister of Energy until July 2025 and was later appointed as the Minister of Justice. He has come under scrutiny amid a significant corruption scandal involving the state energy company Energoatom, which has led to extensive investigations by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO).
