Herman Muli Bigham

Herman Muli Bigham is an African-American entrepreneur and the founder of the 'Glass Waste Wealth' initiative, which aims to combat glass waste pollution in Kenya by transforming discarded glass into reusable household items. After relocating to Kenya in 2018, Bigham utilized his experience as an electrician to establish the social enterprise Tosheka Products, where he and his team create decorative and functional products while also generating employment for local individuals. His innovative approach not only addresses environmental concerns but also promotes sustainability by repurposing glass waste, which is a significant component of the country’s waste management challenges.
