Herman Wilton-Siegel

Herman Wilton-Siegel is a retired judge recognized for his expertise in insolvency and commercial law. Recently, he was appointed by an Ontario court to review the selection process for a law firm to represent thousands of employees and retirees of Hudson’s Bay during the company's creditor protection proceedings, where he evaluated various proposals to ensure that the chosen firm was independent and capable of effectively communicating with employees.
