Herménégilde Burikukiye

Herménégilde Burikukiye is the permanent secretary and coordinator of fundamental and post-fundamental education programs within the Ministry of Education in Burundi. He has acknowledged the progress made under the free education policy, notably the increase in admission rates, while also highlighting the challenges posed by the influx of students, such as inadequate classroom space and learning materials.
