Herminio Mangas

Herminio Mangas is a 64-year-old livestock farmer from Gejo de los Reyes, Salamanca, who faced devastating losses in recent wildfires that destroyed his farming operations and resulted in the deaths of many of his animals. His attempt to rescue them was thwarted by authorities, leading him to express frustration over the absence of emergency protocols.
