Hernal N, a 21-year-old man, was recently in the news for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping of a 19-year-old woman in Guatemala City. He was apprehended by the Policía Nacional Civil during an operation aimed at rescuing the victim, who had been taken after requesting a taxi through a ride-hailing application. Hernal was charged alongside his accomplice, Alba N, and police recovered a Glock pistol and other evidence linked to the crime.
