Hernando José Gómez

Hernando José Gómez is a former board member of Reficar who was involved in a significant corruption scandal related to the modernization of the Cartagena Refinery in Colombia. He was recently exonerated by the Tribunal de Cundinamarca, which determined that there was insufficient evidence to hold him financially responsible for the alleged mismanagement and overcosts associated with the project.
