Hernando Medina Camacho

Hernando Medina Camacho is a former military officer in Colombia, notorious for his involvement in the assassination of Senator Manuel Cepeda Vargas in 1994. After being convicted for his role in the crime, he was sentenced to 40 years in prison but was released early on conditional freedom. Medina was recently recaptured following a new order for his arrest, linked to ongoing criminal activities and previous homicide charges.
