Hervé M., a 26-year-old originally from Dakar, is a suspect tied to a tragic arson incident in the Moulins neighborhood of Nice that resulted in the deaths of seven people, including three children. He is believed to have organized the crime, which was reportedly motivated by drug trafficking disputes. After fleeing to Guinea-Bissau, he was apprehended by local authorities following a coordinated international effort led by French police.
