Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu

Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu, commonly known as Mbak Ita, is the Mayor of Semarang, Indonesia, representing the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P). She has recently been in the news for being detained by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) alongside her husband, Alwin Basri, on allegations of corruption involving multiple procurement projects in the local government.
