Heydi Caballero

Heydi Caballero is the Director of Basic General Education at the Ministry of Education (Meduca) in Panama. She is responsible for overseeing educational strategies and resources to ensure that students, particularly those affected by recent teacher strikes, continue their learning. Caballero has been actively involved in the development and distribution of educational guides designed to assist students from preschool to secondary education, addressing the challenges posed by ongoing disruptions in the academic calendar.
