Hillang Yajik is a trailblazing athlete from Arunachal Pradesh, India, who made history by becoming the first woman from her state to win a gold medal in physique sports at an international competition. At the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships held in Thimphu, Bhutan, from June 11 to 15, 2025, she not only clinched gold in the Women's Model Physique (up to 155 cm) category but also secured a silver medal in another category, showcasing her remarkable dedication and talent in the sport.
