Hillery Geelan

Hillery Geelan is a Dublin mother who fell prey to the manipulative schemes of Samantha Cookes, a serial con artist who exploited families in need of assistance. Hillery sought help for her son Rhys, who has autism, and was drawn in by Cookes' claims of being a child therapist. After investing in a fake Lapland trip and contributing to Cookes' fraudulent activities, Hillery, like other victims, experienced fear and uncertainty once the truth about Cookes was revealed, leading to a community effort to support one another in the aftermath of the scam.
