Hilmija Franca is the founder and leader of DOO Mesopromet Franca, a prominent meat industry company in Montenegro. Under his guidance, the company has grown from a small family workshop into a regional leader, employing over 750 people and exporting products to 15 countries. Celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2025, Hilmija emphasized the importance of trust, community, and the company's commitment to quality and sustainability during the anniversary events.
