Hiralal Kandel

Hiralal Kandel, a 75-year-old man from Chitwan, was receiving treatment at Ganglal Hospital in Kathmandu. He experienced significant hardship getting to the hospital due to a public transport strike, which forced him to pay exorbitant fares for alternative transportation after waiting for a long time without finding a bus.
