Hiroyuki Arai
Hiroyuki Arai was a Japanese colonist in Paraguay who became the victim of a notorious murder case involving Felipe Santiago Acosta Riveros, also known as 'Macho'. Arai was murdered and buried on his own property in Tavapy, which led to Acosta's eventual capture and conviction.
