Hizballah

Hizballah is a Lebanese militant group and political party founded in the early 1980s, primarily emerging as a response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon. The organization is known for its military capabilities and social services in Lebanon, and it has significant influence in Lebanese politics. Hizballah has been involved in numerous conflicts with Israel, including the 2006 Lebanon War. Recently, the group has drawn attention for its denial of involvement in rocket attacks on Israel, amid rising tensions in the region, particularly following Israeli airstrikes on Beirut in response to these attacks.
