Ho Ping-tak

Ho Ping-tak is the chair of the Kowloon and Hong Kong Scaffolding Workers Union, who called into question the decision to renovate all buildings at Wang Fuk Court simultaneously, arguing that it may have contributed to the rapid spread of the fire that resulted in tragic casualties.
