Honoré Tabuna

Honoré Tabuna is the Commissioner in charge of Environment, Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Rural Development at the Economic Community of Central African States (CEEAC). He stressed the necessity of strong political will and resource mobilization to achieve the goal of eradicating Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) by 2030 at a recent meeting in Libreville.
