Horacio Matarasso

Horacio Matarasso is the executive director of the World Birdfairs Council (WBC) and is based in Argentina. He plays a pivotal role in promoting birdwatching and ecotourism globally, and is actively involved in organizing events that unite birding associations from around the world. At the upcoming World Bird Fair in Taichung, he aims to showcase the significance of birdwatching as a sustainable form of tourism while leveraging Taiwan's unique avian biodiversity.
