Horacio Palacio

Horacio Palacio is the mayor of Fanlo and a member of the Aragonese Regionalist Party (PAR). He recently gained attention for his appearance alongside Santiago Abascal, leader of the Vox party, during a campaign event in the snowy mountains of Huesca, where they engaged in discussions about local wildlife and environmental topics.
