Horario Alvarado

Horario Alvarado is a Costa Rican politician and member of the Partido Unidad Social Cristiana (PUSC). He has recently been in the news for proposing a legislative amendment that would allow law enforcement to conduct raids in relation to extradition cases, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of extradition processes in Costa Rica.
