Horst Rudolf Schmidt

Horst Rudolf Schmidt is a former German football executive who served as the secretary general of the German Football Association (DFB) from 2001 to 2006 and later as the treasurer from 2007 to 2013. He was recently in the news due to the DFB's conviction for tax fraud related to the organization of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, where he was fined for his involvement in the scandal.
