Hosam al Astal

Hosam al Astal is a leader of an armed faction based in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza. His group is part of a network of similar factions operating in the territory, which have been noted for their confrontations with Hamas and their involvement in criminal activities during the ongoing conflict.
