Hou Bin

Hou Bin is the Deputy Director-General of the E-commerce Department at China's Ministry of Commerce. He has been instrumental in promoting e-commerce cooperation among Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states, where he recently highlighted the achievements made over the past year, including facilitating significant trade agreements and enhancing the e-commerce capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises from SCO countries.
