Houari Bessah was a co-defendant in a high-profile murder case in Nice, France, where he was found guilty of assisting in the concealment of a body after the brutal killing of M’hand Goumiri at the bar L’Atrium. Bessah, who initially claimed to have acted out of fear and under duress from the bar's manager, admitted to physically engaging with the victim, ultimately leading to the victim's death. He was sentenced to five years in prison for his involvement in the crime.
