Houda Barakate

Houda Barakate is the General Director of EFE-Maroc, a non-profit organization focused on training and professional integration of youth in Morocco. Under her leadership, EFE-Maroc has implemented innovative educational programs that combine partnerships, citizen engagement, and digital tools to equip young people with the skills needed for careers in various sectors, notably hospitality and tourism.
