Howard Isaacs

Howard Isaacs is the head of the Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica and the principal of Moneague College. Following Hurricane Melissa, he has been leading recovery efforts at his institution, which faced minor damage, and is focused on ensuring that students can return to classes while addressing the challenges posed by the storm's aftermath.
