Hristina Radovanović serves as the Executive Director for Human Resources at Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS). She has been instrumental in launching recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting young, skilled engineers to strengthen the workforce of Serbia's largest energy company. Her vision includes not only modernizing EPS but also fostering a culture of knowledge transfer to ensure the continuous growth and professional development of new talent within the organization.
